A Guildford local, Emma Dodd has published 200 plus children's books and had her work translated into more than 20 languages in a career that spans three decades. An early adopter of digital illustration, Emma will talk about the changes which have taken place during her time in publishing and the journey by which she became an established children's author and illustrator. Emma will also offer a sneak peak of her forthcoming book, published by Walker Books and discuss what inspires her most. For any budding authors or illustrators out there, or those curious about what it's like to make a living out of drawing bears, bunnies and puppies!
